Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m a licensed therapist offering in-person therapy in Baltimore (Roland Park) and virtual therapy throughout Maryland and Colorado. I specialize in helping highly sensitive people, perfectionists, and people-pleasers navigate anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
As a deep feeler myself, I know how powerful it can be to finally feel seen and understood. I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, healing emotional wounds, and building a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
We all carry life experiences that shape how we show up in the world. Whether you're navigating chronic illness, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or intense emotional sensitivity, therapy can help you discover what’s underneath the surface and why you're feeling what you're feeling.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your needs. I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, art therapy, journaling, and mindfulness to support emotional insight, healing, and lasting change.
My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based lens. I am deeply committed to anti-oppressive, social justice-oriented care and strive to create an affirming space for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients.
Sessions with me may include empowerment, creativity, growth, metaphor, collaboration, and humor and laughter. I show up authentically in the therapy space based on my own experience as a perfectionist, deep feeler, and person with chronic illness. I am a “relational” therapist, meaning I am not a blank slate, but rather a real person who brings real emotions, and will build a real therapeutic relationship with each client I meet.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor (Colorado), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (Maryland), and a Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist.
Outside of my work, I enjoy the arts, reading, reality tv, animals, and spending time with friends (and my dog). I am an artist myself and create art to express myself and process my experiences.
