Hi, I’m Elizabeth Allen.

Baltimore Therapist, Elizabeth Allen

Elizabeth Allen, she/her

Art Therapist and Mental Health Counselor

I’m a licensed art therapist and counselor in Baltimore.

As a lifelong creative, I’ve often found myself turning to creative outlets to express myself, process my feelings, and just simply let it out- no matter what was going on in my life. I always felt emotions deeply, and like many other “deep feelers” needed a space to just be, and to not be judged or dismissed.

I knew how powerful art was for me, and wanted to be able to provide that for others. That’s why I decided to pursue a career in art therapy. I completed my education in art therapy, and that path eventually led me here.

As a person living with and trying to navigate chronic illness, I’ve also learned how important it is for chronic illness warriors to have a space where they feel truly seen, understood, and empowered. That’s what I strive to create in my practice. Through therapy, we can explore your experiences more deeply and better understand everything you’re feeling.
