Hi, I’m Elizabeth- an art therapist for chronic illness in Baltimore.

I have a background in art therapy and counseling and have been working with chronic illness, anxiety, and trauma for years. I am trained in EMDR, and feel passionately about integrating both of these therapy techniques into my practice.

I became a chronic illness and anxiety therapist because of my own experiences using art as a coping technique and way of processing my emotions when things were difficult. Now, I help clients do the very same.

My personal, lived experience with chronic illness, anxiety, perfectionism, and existing in this world as a sensitive soul allows me to relate in a real and unique way to my clients. I truly understand the challenge it takes to live each and every day with illness, pain, flares, fatigue, and more. I know the difficulties of advocating for yourself in medical care, and with friends and family. I understand the isolation and loneliness that come from feeling misunderstood by people around you.
