In my 4-session therapy intensive, we focus on helping you understand the roots of your burnout, shift unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with your inner sense of calm and clarity. The intensive is broken into four carefully designed sessions, each one building on the last. Here’s a glimpse of the journey:
Session One: Foundations & Emotional Grounding
We start with intention-setting, exploring your current burnout patterns, and introducing grounding tools through EMDR preparation, art therapy, and somatic practices. You’ll leave this session feeling more resourced and emotionally steady.
Session Two: Understanding the Inner Critic
We explore perfectionism and the voice of your inner critic—where it comes from, what it believes, and how it’s shaped your self-worth. Through art therapy and EMDR target identification, you’ll gain clarity and start loosening the grip of old beliefs.
Session Three: Emotional Release & Self-Expression
This session supports you in identifying emotions and learning how to express and release them. You’ll work through creative exercises like bilateral movement and transformational art, while resourcing memories of authenticity and emotional freedom.
Session Four: Integration & Reclaiming Your Voice
Here we pull it all together. You’ll reflect on what’s shifted, identify the boundaries you need to protect your energy, and reclaim your voice with clarity and confidence. We end with grounding practices and affirmations that support long-term growth.
