art therapy
Art therapy is a powerful, integrative approach that supports emotional healing through creative expression. You don’t need to be an artist—just open to using art materials as a way to explore your inner world. Together, we’ll use imagery, metaphor, and color to process experiences, gain clarity, and connect to emotions that might feel hard to access through words alone. Art therapy engages both the logical and emotional sides of the brain, supporting deeper insight and nervous system regulation. Many highly sensitive people and empaths find this to be a grounding and accessible approach to self-discovery.
EMDR therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed trauma therapy that helps the brain process and heal from overwhelming or stuck memories. Whether you’re navigating the impact of childhood trauma, chronic illness, medical trauma, anxiety, or perfectionism, EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of difficult experiences. We’ll use bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements, tapping, or auditory sound) to support the brain’s natural healing process.
I offer EMDR in two formats:
Weekly 50-minute sessions
EMDR intensives (longer or more frequent sessions for deeper, focused work)
This approach is effective for teens and adults and can be customized to fit your readiness and pace.
teen therapy
Adolescence is full of change—and often comes with anxiety, stress, emotional intensity, or challenges with self-esteem and identity. I offer a warm, supportive space where teens (ages 12+) can feel heard and safe to explore what’s going on inside. Sessions may include talk therapy, art therapy, or EMDR, depending on your teen’s needs. I also support parents—whether you're looking for guidance on how to better connect with your child, or you're interested in collaborative work to strengthen your relationship.
talk therapy
Sometimes we just need a space to talk. Through talk therapy, we’ll explore emotions, relationships, past experiences, and present-day patterns in a way that feels supportive and curious. I take a relational, person-centered approach—prioritizing the relationship between us as a foundation for healing. This work is ideal for anyone navigating anxiety, high sensitivity, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or chronic stress. You lead the way; I’ll walk alongside you as we explore what you need.. We’ll work together to identify your goals and better understand your patterns of coping and how we can improve these in our work together.
Not sure which modality is right for you?
No pressure—we’ll talk through your needs and create a therapy experience that meets you where you are. Whether you're ready to dive into trauma healing, process life with art, or just need a space to feel seen, you're welcome here.
