A Different Approach to Therapy for Anxiety, Perfectionism, & Burnout in Baltimore & virtual in Maryland & Colorado
Therapy Intensives: Deep Healing for Deep Feeling
without the regular commitment, stress of scheduling, and waiting for change to happen
Do you find yourself feeling totally exhausted at the end of the day, with no time left for the things you really want to do?
Are your thoughts constantly racing and spiraling about meeting your next deadline or achieving that goal at work?
Feel like you’ve tried everything to keep the anxiety at bay?
Find yourself wondering, “how does anyone do it all?!”
It sounds like you’re feeling STUCK, and maybe even burned out…
This is where therapy intensives come in…
Through this intensive, you’ll be able to heal deeply so that you:
Regain confidence in yourself and your voice (say goodbye to imposter syndrome & doubting your intuition)
Start honoring your emotional & physical needs without pushing them to last place (wouldn’t it be nice to not feel completely exhausted all the time?)
Stop bottling up your feelings and hoping they just go away (because you know they always come back to haunt you later)
Finally live your life with more joy and less stress (actually slow down enough to calm your nervous system; stop running on caffeine & cortisol all the time)
Disrupt the constant, emotionally draining cycle of perfectionism (stop listening to your inner-critic and embrace your creativity & strength)
I combine Art Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients move beyond surface-level coping to find true transformation.
Art Therapy invites you to express what words can’t reach. Through creative exploration, you can gently process emotions, release tension held in the body, and gain deeper insights about yourself. It’s especially powerful for highly sensitive people, offering a safe space to explore big emotions without judgment.
EMDR is a powerful modality that helps the brain reprocess stuck or unhealed trauma. By using bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows you to safely revisit difficult experiences and release them from your nervous system. This method is incredibly effective for healing from deeply rooted negative beliefs or perfectionism.
Why Combine Them?
Together, Art Therapy and EMDR create a holistic path to deeper healing. Art Therapy taps into your subconscious and emotional expression, while EMDR helps resolve trauma stored in your nervous system. Paired with my relational, person-centered approach, therapy intensives allow you to feel seen, heard, and empowered—making space for breakthroughs that may take months in traditional weekly sessions.
You deserve more than just coping—you deserve healing. If you’re ready to dive deeper, let’s connect.
